Job summery • I joined PEL in September 2017 as assistant service manager .from November 2017 working as acting service manager Rawalpindi .My position is to head the service centre, ensure customer satisfaction, smooth service operations through best quality services and making service centre a profit centre. Responsibilities • Ensure highest level of quality service, reduce repeat repairs and timely respond to customer and dealers. • Monitor, control and minimize operational expenditure and manage with in allocated budget. • Monitor, controlling part dealer’s network and authorized workshops network. • Ensure timely reporting & feedback to head office. • Raise parts forecast on yearly and quarterly planning bases to ensure availability of spare parts and maintain sufficient stock according to market requirement. • Ensuring Monthly targeted parts sales through dealer and authorized shops network. • Ensure all requirements of ISO9000 Quality Management System are fulfilled and work is in accordance to defined standards. • Educate and train service center staff to effectively perform their responsibilities. • Recommend sale returns keeping in view the technical reasons and follow the sale return procedure and policy. • Monitoring accounts, parts store, operations reporting through software. Installation, configuration and Testing of a chain of ELTEK telecommunication Power Rectifier (48V) systems ( Flatpack-2) in different GSM MSC & BTS sites and Telecom Exchanges having different Power Ratings including complete Battery Bank installation and testing.
• Monitoring of power backup system for proper working and performance in telecom\\isp multiple switching centres.
• Installation and troubleshooting of AC to DC modular inverter with different output rating in MSC site
• Repairing of ELTEK Rectifier controller’s modules like ALT 175, Flat pack MCU controller.
• Troubleshoot the problem related to rectifier module controller module or attached battery bank and power related issues in data centres. How to solve them either online or on site.
• Having hand on experience on APC, Emerson, Eco Star and other brands.
• Having hand on experience of hybrid invertors of different ratings.
